About RMR Training
Meg Jacoby was introduced to Rich Ryan by a mutual friend who thought Meg "had potential" at HYROX. He was right, and Rich and Meg immediately gelled as a team.
The two soon started collaborating on programming and coaching to help spread the word about Hybrid Racing and help athletes reach a higher level of performance.
Friend and training partner Ryan Kent joined the team to create RMR Training. Ryan brings a wealth of expertise as a professional athlete for the past decade. Their combined knowledge and experience have been instrumental in developing RMR Training.
The three soon began developing coaching, sharing content, and creating a global community for Hybrid Racers.
The three athletes have combined for five World Championships (1 HYROX—Meg Jacoby and 4 Collective DEKAFIT), so their training style and performance have been proven on the course for all three elite athletes.
