About THE WORKOUT PLAN
The Workout Plan est une programmation d'entrainement pour des athlètes de niveau Elite / RX ou Scaled.
La programmation principal comporte des cycles de travail de 6 a 8 semaines selon les besoins du moment.
Des test sont mis en place avant chaque cycle afin de permettre une progression optimale en fonction de chacun des athlètes
Des programmes spécifiques vous seront aussi proposé ( Road to squat / Gymnastics Plan / Weightlifting Plan )
