As it is often statet, the sport is a strength sport until you are strong enough, than it becomes an endurance sport, so don't miss out on building your engine along the way.
All 5 Sessions can be done in addition to your normal training or as a substitution, if your training volume is allready high
This Program gives you 5 to 6 endurance sessions from 30-60min length to add to your normal training. At the start of every week you will get an info which session should be done with which priority
