Coach Jadyn
My coaching journey began over a decade ago and has evolved from working as a certified personal trainer and affiliate class coach to coaching elite CrossFit competitors. At the core of my coaching philosophy is a human-first approach, I believe strong relationships are the foundation upon which meaningful progress is built.
I am a certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Coach, and an OPEX CCP graduate. Throughout my career, I have coached multiple Semifinals athletes and most recently guided Ty Jenkins to a 15th-place finish in his debut CrossFit Games appearance.
In addition to working with individual athletes, I am deeply passionate about affiliate programming. I currently run the Brute Affiliate and Brute Athlete Temple tracks, supporting gyms and athletes with structured, effective programming.
To me, coaching is about far more than writing sets and reps, it’s about cultivating trust, understanding the individual, and helping each athlete achieve their goals at the highest level.

Coach Fraser
Fraser is a seasoned performance coach with 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in CrossFit. From beginners to elite CrossFit Games athletes, Fraser has worked with individuals of all skill levels, helping them unlock their true potential. His passion lies in empowering clients to push beyond their limits, achieve their goals, and elevate their performance. With a deep commitment to personal growth and fitness, Fraser’s coaching style focuses on tailored, results-driven strategies to bring out the best in every athlete.
Fraser currently looks after two of the biggest up and comming stars on the crossfit circuit Aimee Cringle and Aniol Ekai.

Coach Tommy
Coach Tommy brings over 11 years of coaching experience, working with everyone from everyday athletes to the highest levels of the sport. He’s coached at the CrossFit Games three times in the team division and has guided athletes to the Masters Games on three occasions, along with dozens of individual semifinal qualifiers. As an affiliate owner, Tommy understands both athlete development and long-term progression. He holds his CF-L2, Active Life L1, and Precision Nutrition L1, blending smart training, durability, and performance-focused coaching to help athletes perform at their best.

Coach Will
I’m a professional coach with extensive experience at the highest levels of competitive sport. I’ve competed at the CrossFit Games Semifinals/Regionals as an individual and team athlete, and at the Masters CrossFit Games, as well as the HYROX World Championships. I’m the owner and founder of Blueprint, widely regarded as one of the leading CrossFit gyms in Europe.
I hold a degree in Sports Science and have coached elite CrossFit and HYROX athletes, alongside professional rugby players and boxers, combining evidence-based training with real-world competitive experience to deliver high-level performance results.

Coach Jeff
Jeff Cooper is a CrossFit Level 3 Coach and former affiliate owner with more than 10 years of experience coaching athletes of all levels. With a degree in Exercise Science, a nutrition certification, and a background in collegiate football, Jeff brings a deep understanding of human performance, movement mechanics, and athletic development to every athlete he works with.
Over his career, Jeff has coached CrossFit Quarterfinal, Semifinal, and Games level athletes. He has guided lifters on the national stage at USAW Nationals and the American Open Series. He also coached an athlete to silver and bronze medals at USAW Nationals.. Jeff is known for his technical precision, intentional programming, and ability to help athletes break through barriers by addressing weaknesses and building foundational strength and skill.
As a performance-focused coach, Jeff combines evidence-based training, smart progressions, and individualized intensity to help athletes train with purpose—and unlock their highest potential.

Coach Lindsey
Lindsey, born + raised in Toronto, Canada currently lives in Memphis, TN. Lindsey started gymnastics at age 7 and competed at the elite level until the age of 19 and then transitioned to competitive cheerleading, competing for CheerSport Sharks (both Grey Reef & Great Whites) all while coaching gymnastics + cheerleading. Her first background is in the field of Psychology that moved her across Canada and into the USA.
She started CrossFit in 2015 and started coaching CrossFit in 2017. In 2018 she started a gymnastics coaching + seminar business traveling the country coaching beginner, intermediate and advanced CrossFit gymnastics skills as well as 1:1 coaching. In 2018, she started coaching competitive crossfit and has been coaching high performance to elite athletes since 2021. Lindsey has coached multiple Games / Regional and Semifinal level athletes but really loves coaching athletes who are trying to make the jump into quarterfinals to semifinals. While remote coaching makes up 80% of her roster, she still coaches affiliate classes at Deep River Fit, does 1:1 in person sessions and competitive camps.
The type of coaching you can expect: goal and solution oriented programming with a high amount of communication. Empathic but tough. Data driven while also taking individual context into account. While numbers drive programming decisions, she considers the coach-athlete relationship bidirectional and promotes an integrative approach to reaching competitive goals. Her background in psychology is also evident in her coaching.
Certifications include: CF-L2, Burgener L2, Gymnastics Crossfit Certification, PN-L1 and BA and MS in Clinical Psychology.

Coach Dex
Coach Dex is a former CrossFit Games athlete (Team and Masters 35–39) and a seasoned coach with over a decade of experience with athletes at every level and division. As both an athlete and coach, Dex has lived the process from the Open floor to the highest levels of the sport and brings a rare, first-hand understanding of what it takes to progress when the margins are razor thin.
Dex specializes in developing athletes who are on the cusp: competitors pushing to break through to Semifinals and, ultimately, the CrossFit Games. His coaching philosophy blends intelligent long-term development with the realities of the modern CrossFit season; with a focus on building a real capacity, not just a compensation. Dex meets his athletes where they are, balancing strength, capacity, skill acquisition, and competitive execution under pressure.
