If you are interested in our approach of functional strength and conditioning for yourself or for your gym this program is for you.
Follow along the exact same programming that we use at Kaduzs S&C.
Our week runs from Monday through Saturday with one rest day on Sunday.
Our approach is:
Monday: Lower body focus.
Tuesday: Upper body focus.
Wednesday: Functional cardio.
Thursday: Lower body focus.
Friday: Upper body focus.
Saturday: Functional cardio.
We find this approach effective and fun for our members and have seen great progresses in our classes.
We try to keep our approach as close to the foundational movements as possible working through 4-8 week progressions to allow our members to immerse themselves in the movements and as well allow our coaches to educate and help them get better in our classes.
This program was designed specifically for our space and our equipment availability and gym floor lay out, however we believe it can be easily modified or catered to other gym spaces if needed.
