This program is built for athletes and gym owners who want to follow the exact training we run at Kaduzs S&C in Budapest.
If you are interested in a functional strength and conditioning approach, for yourself or for your gym this program is for you. A hybrid method that builds real strength alongside the conditioning to back it up.
Our week runs Monday through Saturday with one rest day on Sunday. The approach is:
Monday: Lower body focus
Tuesday: Upper body focus
Wednesday: Functional cardio
Thursday: Lower body focus
Friday: Upper body focus
Saturday: Functional cardio
We work through 4 to 8 week progressions so athletes build real competency in the movements, and coaches running this in a group setting have the structure to educate and progress their athletes effectively.
This program was designed around our space and equipment at Kaduzs S&C, but can be easily adapted to other gym environments.
