Our Brute Affiliate Plus program offers the same great affiliate programming, plus additional program tracks for gym owners who want to offer more options to their members.

Brute Affiliate aligns with the current class workouts. Perfect for members seeking a competitive edge and who want additional training after completing the class workouts. On average, the extra work takes around 40 minutes to complete.

Brute Athlete is our flagship program, designed to follow the CrossFit competitive season and focus on specific weights, barbell movements, gymnastics skills, and aerobic work found in the Open and Quarterfinals. The goal of this program is to dramatically improve your ranking in the Quarterfinals leaderboard.

Brute Body is a stand-alone program that features structured upper and lower body days, incorporating strength, accessory exercises, metabolic conditioning (metcons), and core work. There are even days with “extra” work if you find yourself with extra time. This program can be used by those who utilize your open gym membership.
