đContenu hebdomadaire (OFF-Season)
Endurance spĂ©cifique : 3 cycles au choix : Course, Rameur, Echo Bike, en format CrossFit, EMOM ou mono-modalitĂ© â pour amĂ©liorer ton moteur sans tâĂ©puiser.
Haltérophilie technique : 3 jours/semaine : Snatch, Clean & Jerk, complexes + tirages spécifiques. Choix personnalisé sur le 3e jour selon tes points faibles.
Force structurée : 4 cycles : Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, Bench, mais aussi Strongman, sleds, chaßne postérieure, et travail fonctionnel complet.
Midline & PrĂ©vention : Travail ciblĂ© Ă©paules, lombaires, genoux, gainage, isomĂ©trie et anti-rotation â pour durer et encaisser.
Accessoires ciblĂ©s : Biceps/triceps, unilatĂ©ral, stabilitĂ© â les dĂ©tails qui font la diffĂ©rence en compĂ©tition.
Volume adaptable
â 1 session/jour : 90-120 minutes complĂštes (avec accessory)
â 2 sessions/jour : 60min + 75â90min pour ceux qui s'entraĂźnent comme des pros.

Starting in September? Youâll be ready by late December, just in time to launch your pre-comp phase.
đWeekly Structure (Off-Season)
Specific Conditioning:
Choose from 3 endurance cycles â Running, Rowing, or Echo Bike â in CrossFit-style, EMOMs, or monostructural formats.
â Build your engine without burning out.
Olympic Weightlifting:
3 sessions/week â Snatch, Clean & Jerk, complexes + positional pulls.
â On Day 3, you focus on your weakest lift.
Strength Work:
4 ongoing cycles â Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, Bench...
Also: Strongman work, sleds, posterior chain, and full functional strength.
Midline & Prehab:
Targeted work for shoulders, spine, knees, core, and anti-rotation stability.
