This program is for anyone who is serious about fixing strength weaknesses. Subscribers will be provided individualized strength cycle programs that usually run for about 10 weeks per cycle, training 3 days a week. Each training session should take about 30-40 minutes at the beginning of each cycle, then progress to about 60 minutes toward the end of each cycle.
Programming will be individualized by Coach John Young (JY), and will be tailored to your fitness and strength goals. Coach JY has had incredible success in this programming, with some clients hitting personal records in their olympic lifts by 40 lbs and static lifts by 60 lbs in only 10 weeks.
