R2F is a CrossFit Competitor Daily Program, written since 2012 and based on the official methodology. Now you don't have to choose anything, you will find everything you need in your purchase! Inside the same package You'll find 4 versions to be able to follow the programming according to your needs and objectives:
* 30 minutes | OLD SCHOOL
* 60 minutes | BOX CLASS
* 90 minutes | INTENSITY
* 120 minutes | R2F ORIGINAL
Within each version you will find scalability for the following categories:
* Age Group: 16-34
* Age Group: 35-39

Since 2012, without missing a single day! For those who compete at a higher level and can handle a greater volume. It contains everything you need to fill your weaknesses and earn a place in the Fitness Olympus. Approximately 120 minutes a day, 6 days a week.

Designed for those with competitive needs, take part in online qualifications and races all year round. The right balance for non-professional athletes, who manage commitments, work and family with their passion for competing. Approximately 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
▶️ R2F 60
For Box Owners who want to include programming both in Open Box and in classes or for those who only have 1 hour a day! There is everything needed to entertain and technically advance all the members of the Box! 60 minutes a day, 6 days a week. (1 Team Wod)
▶️ R2F 30
For those who love CrossFit, have little time or practice other sports, but don't want to give up their daily contribution. Warmup + Metcon, no other items. Guaranteed fun, like the first years when we approached CrossFit, hence the name Old School! 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

R2F follows the programming string created by Greg Glassman, the founder of CrossFit.: M - GW - MGW - G - WM - GWM - W - GM - WGM (W: Weightlifting | G: Gymnastic | M: Monostructural Cardio). The various modes rotate in the Daily Program.

A. No! R2F is sold in a single solution, inside you will find the 4 versions! You will also find the declinations for Group Age Division
Q. When can I start the Program? Does it follow an annual period?
A. Any time of the year, any day of the week. It is not periodized on specific dates, but designed for anyone who wants to compete several times a year in CrossFit events.
Q. How is the training week structured?
A. Training days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Active Rest onThursday and Rest on Sunday. It is not recommended, but you can also follow the program by doing 5 consecutive days. The schedule is visible one week in advance.
