We enter another Road
Road to Greatness is your Programm if you are looking for a template with support. Our Coaches Team will be there for you, answering questions & giving Feedback on Videos, whenever you need it.
Every Road to Greatness Training day works with one Main Session taking around 90-120 min to complete. Doing the main Session will Set you up for a Great Training and some serious Progress!
On Extra we provide you with 1 or 2 optional Sessions per Day, focusing on different aspects from Conditioning (Zone 2/Treshhold/Sportspecifit), Skill Work (Strength and Movement) Weightlifting or Team Wods so you can choose how you would like to supplement your Training.
And even if you are not getting through every Main Session and you want to Focus on some extra sessions, just have a quick Chat with one of our Coaches and he might help you to find the best way to structure your Training
