Each week blends tempo-based bodybuilding strength sessions (push/pull/legs and full-body) with “heavy metal” strength days and conditioning finishers that keep your heart rate high and your output climbing. Recovery and fat-loss support are built in through low-intensity hikes/rucks and strategic deload weeks so you can keep progressing without burning out.
