About HAOS Training
Hunter’s Academy of Strength (HAOS) was created by the world’s top hybrid athlete, Hunter McIntyre. His methods were formed over 15 years of professional sport, ranging from HYROX, Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, the CrossFit Games, Broken Skull Ranch, and countless ultra-endurance events, including founding and racing the Cresthooch 127, a 127-mile relay ultra across the mountains of Southern California — as well as completing three Ironman-distance races. During this time, he earned multiple coaching certifications and worked with leading strength and conditioning professionals to elevate his own performance.
Our athlete app is an all-inclusive experience that allows athletes to plug in, follow a structured path toward their goals, and track their progress over time. The tracking tools help athletes keep their improvements front and center, while the leaderboard feature provides a clear way to gauge fitness against others training and competing in the sport.
