Build the engine your whole season runs on.
Most programs hand you a calendar:
You open the app, do what it says, close the app. Twelve weeks later you might be fitter, but you still can't explain why it worked. And the moment the block ends, you're back to guessing.
You learn it from Hunter directly:
Live Academy calls with Hunter run through the whole block. You bring your numbers, your questions and whatever isn't working, and you get answers from a 3x HYROX World Champion who built his career on exactly this approach.
Alongside the calls, you get the education that makes the training make sense:
The training:
Most athletes train the middle. Four or five hard days a week at the same uncomfortable pace, with no aerobic base underneath any of it. You get sore. You don't get faster.
Week one is Test Week. Eight benchmarks across your engine, your strength and your work capacity. You start with real numbers, and run the same benchmarks at the end so the change is measurable.
Then the build. Structured aerobic volume and strength stamina. Six days on, one full rest.
Twelve weeks from now you'll have the base. You'll also know how to build the next one.
