The AOD Athlete programme is designed for the competitive CrossFit athlete. You should already have experience across all fundamental movements and the ability to train five or more days per week. Every phase is structured to develop strength, skill, and conditioning in a way that builds towards competition performance, with scaling and progression options available for advanced gymnastics and barbell work.
Each training week includes:
Skill progressions for gymnastics and Olympic lifting
Structured strength cycles
Conditioning work targeting all energy systems
Performance-based accessories to build resilience and balance - helping you stage injury-free

AOD60
A condensed, high-efficiency version of our proven AOD Athlete programme.
Each 60-minute session delivers maximum return in minimum time, built for those who want the structure, intent, and progression of AOD but need to fit it around a busy schedule.
Train smart, train hard, and keep moving forward.
-
AOD Athlete Camp Sessions
The same sessions our pros run on Wednesday mornings and Saturdays, built to test intensity, pacing, and sport-specific conditioning.
These workouts are designed to push your limits, replicate the demands of competition, and give you a weekly benchmark to measure progress under fatigue.
Two opportunities each week to challenge yourself, learn, and perform.

AOD CONJUGATE (New for 2026)
The Conjugate Programme is specifically designed for athletes who want to develop strength and power with clarity, structure, and intent.
Rather than repeating the same lifts week after week, key variations rotate to drive adaptation while reducing joint stress. Max effort work raises your ceiling. Dynamic effort work improves how fast you can express force. Accessories are selected to address individual weak points and support durability.
This is the same framework we use with athletes preparing for high-level competition when the goal is not just getting stronger, but expressing strength faster and more efficiently.

AOD Compete (New for 2026)
A track built to help you perform on competition day. This is our most advanced track and will feature 3 double days a week with structured running progressions. We will touch on more sport specific strength and skill work so you're ready for anything a competition might throw at you.
