STRUCTURED PERIODISATION (We Don't Guess)

We utilise a dedicated Phased Performance Structure. Our programming follows a proven structure:
Volume Accumulation to build your base, transition to Intensity to sharpen your skills, and finish with Realisation to test your limits.
You perform better and train harder without burning out.
WEEKLY TECHNICAL FEEDBACK
A PDF cannot see your form breakdown. Generic programs allow bad habits to stick.
You have a direct line to a coach. You submit your lifts; we review them. Develop new skills and better movement efficiecy quickly.
PROGRAMMING: 5 days/week + optional extras and recovery days. Scaled specifically for all levels of competitive athlete (beginner to elite).
TECHNICAL OVERSIGHT: Weekly video review from a coach.
THE TEAM: Private access to the whole roster in our community groups and bi-weekly "Virtual Huddle".

AVAILABILITY IS LIMITED
Quality control is our priority - we are serious about your training goals. To ensure every athlete receives genuine technical oversight, the roster is hard-capped.
1. Start Up Questionnaire & Consultation We want to get to know you first. The process begins with a quick questionnaire and an initial consultation to ensure the program aligns with your goals.
2. The 2-Week Assessment Phase Once inside, you enter a mandatory 14-day testing block. This allows us to collect data and provide your first video reviews.
3. The Strategy Review At the end of Week 2, you have a 1-on-1 strategy call with your coach to review your assessment data and set your long-term plan.
4. Squad Integration Once your profile is built, you join the Main Track and Leaderboard.
