Program Details
The RMR Hyrox Doubles Program will prepare you for the intensity and volume necessary to run your best doubles event.
Throughout the 8 weeks you will get:
- Running specific workouts to help you improve your ability to accell between the stations.
- Station work that is focused on high intensity to improve your station time and reduce the effort needed during the race.
- Doubles-specific workouts to help you understand the demands of the race. These workouts can be done alone or with your partner.
- 8-weeks of a progressive build and taper that will lead you into your next doubles event.
The RMR Team holds multiple doubles world records, including Mixed Doubles (Ryan Kent and Meg Jacoby) and Open Doubles (Rich Ryan). You will get the knowledge and workouts that helped RMR achieve at a high level.
