RMR Daily brings you the most recent training philosophies of the RMR Coaches. Programmed by elite coach and athlete Ryan Kent, these workouts will improve your ability to handle the workload of HYROX in a fun and efficient way.
The RMR Daily will provide proven progressions throughout 3-6 week blocks but will not include a specific build and taper or your race. It will provide a blueprint that you can follow in your general prep phase or add inspiration to your current training program.
