The RMR Hyrox 12-week program guides your intensity, volume, and total load seven days a week so you can focus on putting in the work that matters and performing your best on race day.
The program offers diverse workouts, including running, machine work, strength, and specific Hyrox Workouts. This variety keeps your training interesting and effective, leading you to a race at the end of the 12 weeks.
This program is for athletes who have done a Hyrox in the past and want to take their training to the next level. Our new training program is hard, and it will take hard work to make the most of it.
The RMR Team finishes the 2023/34 Hyrox Season with 6 Elite major podiums, 3 major wins, and a World Champion. The collective knowledge of Meg Jacoby, Ryan Kent, and Rich Ryan is the brain and soul of this program, and the proof is in the results.
