Program Details

Built for athletes with big ambitions, our Competitor Programme is designed to prepare individuals and teams for the highest levels of functional fitness competition, both nationally and internationally.

This is a high-demand, high-reward training track for athletes who are already well-versed in advanced gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and barbell work. There are no scaling options provided—this programme assumes a strong foundation in movement mechanics, strength, and the ability to self-regulate intensity when needed.

The programme is fully periodised around the competitive season, ensuring you’re building the right qualities at the right time—peaking when it matters most.
