Team Training is a performance-driven platform for everyday athletes through to CrossFit Games, Hyrox & Weightlifting Competitors who want more from their training—more challenge, more purpose, and more progress.
We provide expertly programmed training for functional fitness athletes—from those training for general health to those competing at the highest level. Our tracks include programming for competitive and non-competitive CrossFit-style athletes, Olympic weightlifters, Hyrox racers, and endurance athletes, with scalable options to meet you where you are—and push you further.
