Program Details

The exact programme Criag Richey is using...

This will be a 12 week block Broken into 9 cycles of 3 weightlifting sessions and 3 strength/hypertrophy sessions. Each cycle is progressive in nature and culminates towards a test week upon finishing the 12 week cycle.

The Training format: This programme will follow a 2 days on, 1 day off rythem consisting of a weightlifting specific session followed by a hypertrophy/strength based session before a rest day. So training days will vary week to week, but you can still follow with fixed weekly days too.

Programme Goals: The aim of this program is not only to push up weightlifting numbers in the snatch, clean and jerks and squats, but also improve all round athleticism and bulletproof the body with the higher accessory percentage compared to our previous weightlifting programs.

Chris has blended his specific weightlifting block and undulating periodisation expertise along with his strength and conditioning and sports therapy backgrounds to create this new hybrid format in collaboration with Craig Richey.

Craig will be using this to build up to the English weightlifting championships, eliminate niggles all whilst sending some serious tin. This is the first phase building towards his competition in December.

This is your chance to follow along with Craig on his daily training.
