This plan blends heavy lifting progressions (back squat, deadlift, pressing, pulling), structured strength capacity work (EMOM strength blocks, cluster sets, bodyweight tests), and high-output conditioning pieces that develop speed, work capacity, and mental toughness. You’ll also have dedicated aerobic sessions each week to support recovery and build a deeper endurance base.
