Jump Ship Class Program is a complete affiliate programming solution. The in-gym program runs Monday through Saturday on a 60-minute clock. The full month of programming is available on the 15th of each month prior. This gives coaches and gym owners plenty of time to review, plan, and input the program into a platform of their choice.
Each day has 1-2 training pieces. On days we have a workout and lift, we typically follow a conditioning-first approach, keeping classes moving and members fully primed before tackling heavier lifting. We've found this to be the most effective way to help the general population unlock their true lifting potential under class time constraints.
Every session also includes an optional Competitors Extra piece - an add-on for outside of class time designed to expose more experienced athletes to movements that don't always fit neatly into a group setting, like GHDs, sandbags, rope climbs, and more.
