Upper Body Pulling Strength is a 9-week accessory program designed to make you significantly stronger and more capable across all things upper body pulling! You'll build both raw pulling strength and the muscular endurance needed to sustain it under competition conditions.
Three days per week, with multiple lifts per session, each day takes 20 to 30 minutes to complete. It's focused, efficient, and purposeful.
This program is built to run alongside any Jump Ship competitor program - the 90, the 60, or Main Site - slotting in as a complement to your daily training rather than a replacement for it.
If upper body pulling is a limiter in your fitness or your competitive performance, this is the program that addresses it directly.
