Whether you are just beginning your competitive journey or are a seasoned veteran looking to take the next step in your career, we have programming and resources for you.

Our Program Tracks


COMP / Our COMP program package gives you access to our Hatchet, Masters, and GPP programs. Hatchet covers all of our athletes looking to do their best in the Open and have a shot at qualifying for Semifinals. Masters is exactly what you think it is, a program for athletes competing in Age Group divisions. GPP is a general fitness program to make you stronger, fitter, and healthier. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, ex-competitor, or a busy professional, parent, student, etc, this program is for you.

PRO / Our PRO program is designed for athletes who plan to compete at the Semifinals and/or CrossFit Games level as an individual or team athlete within the next 12 months. Athletes must prepare for 3-5 hours of training daily, typically two sessions. You can access a private group chat with Coach Drew and your fellow Pros.

GPP / Our GPP is a general fitness program aimed at making you stronger, fitter, and healthier. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, ex-competitor, busy professional, parent, student, etc., this program is for you.
