Your COMP subscription gives you access to our Hatchet, Masters, and GPP Programs:


Think of the Hatchet program as our feeder system for MFT. It presents you with extremely challenging workouts, skills, and weights that are best for the majority of CrossFitters with a desire to get into the competitive scene, eventually moving up to MFT when you can dedicate the necessary time in the gym and intensity to each training piece.

Who is Hatchet for?

Our Hatchet program is for athletes that are planning to compete in the Open and have a realistic shot at Semifinals as an individual or team athlete. Open athletes need to plan on 1-1.5 hours of training daily, and semifinals athletes need to plan on 1.5-2.5 hours of training daily. Instructions for both groups are provided each day.


What does Hatchet include?

Our Hatchet program includes strength, met-cons, intervals, monostructural work, zone 2 sessions, skill, and accessory. We also provide extensive warm-up and cool-down protocols for all types of training pieces. It is important to read the instructions daily as we provide ways to personalize your program year round. Each workout provides scaling options as well as equipment modifications for anything that falls outside of our hatchet equipment list.

Hatchet Equipment list:

  • Barbell and plates
  • Plyo Box, minimum 24/20”
  • DBs, (2) 50lb DBs for men, (2) 35lb DBs for women
  • KBs, 53/35lbs
  • Pull Up Bar
  • Med Ball, 20/14lbs
  • Jump Rope
  • Rower or any C2 Machine (not required, but will make your training experience more enjoyable)


Who is Masters for?

Our Masters program is for athletes that are planning to compete at any level in a Masters division. Open athletes need to plan on 1-1.5 hours of training daily, semifinals athletes need to plan on 1.5-2.5 hours of training daily, and CrossFit Games athletes need to plan on 2-3 hours of training daily. Instructions for all groups are provided each day.


What does Masters include?

It's important to read the instructions portion at the top of each day as we have options to personalize your program. Each workout provides age division modification options as well as equipment modifications for anything that falls outside of our equipment list.
