About Sentinel Training
For the Compete track this program is structured around the CrossFit Games season to peak competitors for the Open, Quarterfinals and the season beyond. For the Classic track we use the Open as our yearly physical / benchmark test of fitness to measure our increase or decrease in work capacity across broad time and modal domains. Athletes will see 4 week strength cycles/progressions with a 1 week back off between from late spring to mid winter. During the competition season we will drop the progressions and train in a manner relying on structured variance in order to remain prepared for anything the season OR life may throw our way. With a 20 dollar subscription you get access to both the Compete and the Classic Track, along with coaching and review from REAL CrossFit Level 3 Trainers. Your training is our profession.

I love how detailed the instructions are, I love how hard the workouts are, and I love how awesome the community is. Taylor has done a fantastic job not only with the actual workouts but more importantly, to me at least, detailing how and WHY these workouts are being done. From a detailed warm up to a detailed cool down, every day is well written and easy to follow. I genuinely feel like I'm 1-2 years ahead already of where I would of been if I just kept trying to do my own thing. Can't wait to see where I'm at 6 months from now.
