So all in all, I appreciate your work and thank you for this opportunity. It really is blowing my mind the small weekly improvements I am making. Science really does help out when used in a strategic way. Side effect: massive weight loss. I was weighing 106kg and I dropped to 98 already (of course I am dieting properly now as well). 2 years ago I almost died from 2 massive blood clots on the arterial veins of my lungs, fortunately I do high intensity sports and survived, but gained massive weight as a consequence.
