Our head programmers, @kevin_coach and @hugo.costenoble, are first and foremost passionate about sports and coaching, drawing from nearly 10 years of experience in the world of CrossFit! Their recipe? Working in synergy ๐

SQUAD TRAINING offers various programming, some specific and others more general, always aiming to help you progress and excel in sports while achieving your goals ๐
You'll have the opportunity to share your results and back them up. You'll also be able to see the results of other Squeeds and challenge yourself against them, always in a motivating and supportive atmosphere.
