SQUAD TRAINING ce sont différentes programmations, certaines spécifiques d’autres généralistes, pour toujours progresser et t’élever dans le sport en accomplissant tes objectifs 📈
Tu auras la possibilité de partager tes résultats et faire tes back-up.
Tu pourras également voir les résultats des autres Squeed et ainsi te challenger par rapport à eux, toujours dans une ambiance motivante et bienveillante.

SQUAD TRAINING offers various programming, some specific and others more general, always aiming to help you progress and excel in sports while achieving your goals 📈
You'll have the opportunity to share your results and back them up. You'll also be able to see the results of other Squeeds and challenge yourself against them, always in a motivating and supportive atmosphere.
